REMEMBERING BILLY SMITH
Tuesday September 7 marks the first year anniversary of Billy’s death. While there are many fans, friends and family who still mourn his passing, we realize that his life and legacy should be celebrated. There are several sites on our website about Billy for those who would like to take a short trip down memory lane. His obituary and YouTube tribute can be found under BEACH NEWS, then BEACH MUSIC NEWS (scroll down to the Articles section). Also, Billy’s last interview was recorded and can be heard by clicking on PARTY WITH US, then INTERVIEWS. It is the interview with General Johnson from Chairmen Of The Board. Lastly, the interview with Smokey Robinson was done in Billy’s honor. Oh that laugh…that voice…we miss you Billy! |

Or “Ëverything Is Beautiful” (in its own way)? “Misty” (look at me, I’m as helpless as a kitten up a tree)? And of course our shaggers love “Dixie Hummingbird”! |
