Hi, just moved down here and love the station and music. Often you play songs without identifying them or the artist. Is there a way to find them or do you run a log of your daily playlist with the artist, etc.?? You played a song yesterday afternoon (around 6:00 p.m. I think) with the refrain "Why Am I Crying"---sounded like a female artist. Thanks

My soaps Y&R and B&B... Ted Bell is responsible for that!

He has it all... Stories, information... As I learn something new everyday.. I look forward to his new show every Sunday and Love the variety of music! He is a Great addition to 94.9 The SURF!!

I was at an oyster roast a few months back-the sound system went down, I grabbed my laptop and plugged in the speakers & started streamin' The Surf. No one wanted the other stuff when the system was fixed. We kept shaggin...

Have come down from Chattanooga for a few days on the Strand. Had the iPod loaded up for the stay and was really looking forward to relaxing with some tunes. Decided to scan the radio in the car and found your wonderful station. I was hooked from the beginning with the mix of oldies and sounds of the Strand. Hello from NC. Just want to say "thank you" for the new Sunday afternoon program.
I was listening as usual when your new program aired. I stopped everything and just listened for the entire 2 hours.
Something about the amazing voice, the interviews and the programming in general took me back a few decades to being once again 17 and vacationing at MMB.
Just wanted you to know what a great addition this is to your programming. It's truly rare in life when a voice and music takes us back to being 17 again. I will be listening faithfully every Sunday

i am all the way from baltimore, Md. and when i started coming to myrtle beach, i found your station by accident, and from that day on, my radio station STAYS on 94.9 FM and now that you`re streaming on line, i can now listen to this station WHEREVER i go, and ted bell, YOU`RE THE GREATEST DJ ON DA PLANET!

Listen to surf after hours when at the beach...listened all weekend and didn't hear one song by Rick Strickland or Dip Ferrell or Lesa Hudson...someone needs to add their music to the rotation...don't know who decided to omit their music. Heard multiple songs by other artists....come on,we need more variety than this!!!

The new Lesa Hudson was spotlighted yesterday on the Top 20 Show. Dip Ferrell also played along with Rick Strickland. Thank you for the comment!

We were staying at OD Resort this past weekend for our anniversary and had the pleasure of meeting some of the office staff and Mr. Ted Bell. On the Top 20 Countdown this past Saturday, Ted gave us anniversary congratulations on the air along with a dedication. The entire 94.9 staff is a class act.
